As the holiday shopping season approaches and we prepare the shops for this very exciting time, we also need to make decisions to help support our mental health and the mental health of our teams. We pride ourselves in our ability to offer kind and helpful customer service along with our beautiful complimentary gift wrap service for purchases made in store.

In order to continue to provide this customer service and to protect the well being of our staff, we have decided to phase out our paid gift wrap services as it has, for years now, put a huge strain on our team. We hope that by doing so, we will have more time and energy to focus on our customers who enjoy purchasing our offerings in store. This decision was not an easy one to make as we do enjoy gift wrapping and helping people with their gift wrapping needs. We hope that everyone will understand that this decision was not made lightly and that being a part of your traditions has been a great honour for all of us.
